Built for Shopify merchants and their agencies. Kona ships variants, collections, filters, a local cart and a journal in English and French, light and dark, with a demo coffee catalogue until you connect your store. The catalogue is read at build time, so product changes need a new build. Shopify stays the back office for products, orders and payments; the optional EmDash engine manages the rest from /_emdash without a rebuild: journal, page texts, menus, logo, colours, typefaces, SEO and a maintenance page. Capacitor configuration is included; native builds and store submission remain your responsibility.
Kona - Headless Shopify Theme with EmDash
Kona is a bilingual Astro 7 storefront for an existing Shopify store. It reads the store's public catalogue JSON at build time, with no app or Storefront token, and sends checkout to Shopify through a cart link.
